These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://muzera.in (“Website”) operated by NV Atelier Private Limited, doing business as MUZÈRA (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

 Use of the Website
  • This Website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
  • You agree not to misuse the Website, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • All content on the Website, including images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of MUZÈRA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Website content is strictly prohibited.
Orders, Payments and Cancellation
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
  • Payments may be made in multiple currencies, including INR, GBP, USD, AED, AUD, and other currencies as enabled on the Website.
  • Shipping is currently available only to India. Availability of international shipping may vary by destination and is subject to confirmation at checkout.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. MUZÈRA does not store credit or debit card information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Order Cancellation : Orders may be cancelled only until the product has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1. Return & Exchange Requests

  • Any request for return or exchange must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

2. Product Condition & Sealed Ribbon Policy

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • MUZÈRA garments are secured with a sealed ribbon/tag to maintain product integrity.

If the sealed ribbon or tag attached to the product has been tampered with, removed, or damaged:

  • The product shall be strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • At the customer’s request, MUZÈRA may re-ship the same product in its existing condition.
  • All shipping, reverse pickup, re-shipping, and handling charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are generally offered free of charge.
  • However, shipping or additional charges shall be borne by the customer in specific cases, including but not limited to:
  • Tampering with the sealed ribbon/tag
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Customer-initiated re-shipping requests

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Cash refunds are not provided.

5. Store Credit (Discretionary)

  • In certain exceptional circumstances, MUZÈRA may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit as a goodwill gesture in lieu of a refund or exchange.
  • Any store credit issued:
  • Is non-transferable
  • Is non-refundable
  • May be subject to an expiry period, as communicated at the time of issuance

The issuance of store credit does not create an obligation to provide refunds or exchanges and does not override the conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable policy.
Pricing and Taxes
  • Product prices vary based on the currency selected at checkout.
  • Prices include applicable Indian taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applicable to international orders.
Custom and International Orders
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • MUZÈRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international shipping processes.
Intellectual Property
  • All designs, patterns, embroideries, artwork, and branding associated with MUZÈRA garments are the exclusive intellectual property of MUZÈRA.
  • Resale, commercial use, or renting of MUZÈRA products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • MUZÈRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased.
  • MUZÈRA is not responsible for losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, payment gateways, or customs authorities.
  • MUZÈRA shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, logistical disruptions, or other events of force majeure.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cuttack, Odisha, India.
Amendments

MUZÈRA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
