Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and bank holidays.
Shipping & Dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India)

  • MUZÈRA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
  • International shipping is available to select countries.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • MUZÈRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international shipping processes.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • MUZÈRA shall not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Any re-shipping costs due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
Force Majeure

MUZÈRA shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions.
